What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and schedule daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant operation.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize tasks.
  • Monitor and track maintenance work orders and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

Work Environment

  • Work primarily in an office setting with regular visits into the plant.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions, noise, and dust.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Interaction with a diverse team of professionals and plant personnel.
  • Flexibility to address maintenance issues that may arise outside of regular working hours.
