Nocturnist Physician

St. Peter s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join our employed hospitalist group at Samaritan Hospital located in Troy, New York.
Job Description:
* The selected candidate will join an established, directly employed, hospital medicine program. Enjoy excellent colleagues, strong system practice support, flexible scheduling, and a physician friendly environment.
* Shifts are 12-hours (7:00 pm 7:00 am), 7 on/7 off. Block scheduling is available but not required.
* New 2024 and recent grads as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
* Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers
* Not accepting Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary: $312,000 with incentives
* Relocation Allowance if applicable: The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system. Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
* Starting bonus (negotiable)

* Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage.
* CME time & expense allowance
* Paid time away from the practice.
* Retirement savings program with employer matching program

* Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* NY License (or willing to obtain)
* DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start)
