We are seeking a dedicated Chief Quality Officer to join our team in East Texas

This facility is a 131-bed acute care hospital serving the local community and is known for its commitment to excellence in quality and safety. As the Chief Quality Officer, you will take on a pivotal role,oversee all aspects of quality management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as an invaluable resource while managing and mentoring staff. You will be instrumental in driving excellence in patient care, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical performance. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in hospital Quality, Safety, and Risk Management
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
