Client Details

A recognized ENR Top Contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee diverse commercial and Multifamily projects ranging from $20M to $50M in sectors such as High-Rise, Multifamily, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial, and Hospitality.

Description

  • Direct and manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards
  • Oversee quality control to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers.

Profile

  • Experience as a Traveling Superintendent, with a proven track record of success on ground-up commercial and multifamily projects.
  • Expertise in managing projects in sectors such as high-rise, multifamily, industrial, senior living, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate for project assignments.
  • Knowledge of construction management software and proficiency in scheduling tools.
