As an Assistant Nurse Manager in this Pediatric ICU, you'll take on a pivotal role in overseeing patient care and leading a team of more than 24 FTE's, consisting of dedicated nurses and healthcare professionals. Requirements:
- Prior acute care hospital experience in a pediatric ICU setting

- Proven ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions during high-pressure situations.
