*Position Details:*
* *Schedule:* Day shifts with staggered start times at 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 8:30 AM. Flexible scheduling options include 4x10s, 4x9.5s, or 5x8s. The last patient is typically at 5:30 PM.
* *Holidays/Weekends:* None required.
* *On-Call:* Not applicable.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatments for young adult to geriatric patients.
* Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and administer therapy to relieve pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
* Employ a variety of techniques, including manual exercises, physical agents, massage, and assistive devices.
* Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
* Guide patients and families on at-home treatment plans.
* Maintain a safe and organized environment with properly functioning equipment.

*Qualifications:*
* *License:* Active, unexpired, and unrevoked Texas state Physical Therapist license.
* *Certification:* Current BLS/CPR certification.

*Education:*
* M.S. or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, or B.S. in Physical Therapy with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
* *Experience:* Open to new graduates; acute/hospital experience is a plus.

*Preferred Skills:*
* Strong evaluation and treatment planning abilities for diverse patient populations.
* Effective communication and teaching skills, with fluency in English.
