About the Role:

* Position : Full-Time | Days

* Responsibilities:

* Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans based on physician orders and best practices.
Create and implement educational plans for patients.
* Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Maintain professional relationships with medical staff, administrative personnel, and ancillary departments.
* Provide leadership in the absence of the Director or CNO, ensuring smooth unit operations.
* Utilize EMR for effective communication and documentation
* * Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, with varying days.


Requirements:

* Current MS RN license
* Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
* BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
