Saint Peter's is the 5th hospital worldwide to earn Magnet status SIX times in a row. Our team of award-winning nurses is growing, and we are looking for talented, compassionate RNs to join our team.

The Manager of Employee Health Services will:
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees, including emergency treatment plans.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks for candidates and employees.
  • Chair tasks force to improve health education and resources to employees on topics such as violence prevention and back care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare, administrative, and operational partners to coordinate all employee health services.
  • Manage workplace safety programs to prevent injuries and promote a healthy work environment including the preparation and presentation of statistical reports to applicable Committees on a regular basis.


Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with BSN.
  • Currently registered/licensed nurse in New Jersey; APN preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years nursing experience.
  • Four (4) years experience in a hospital or acute care delivery environment.
  • Certification in occupational health preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year occupational health experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
