We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to cover weekend evaluations, cover PTO/vacation days, and over-flow of PT needs throughout the week.

*Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at many of our communities.
We strive to help patients reach their maximum potential so they can live as independently as possible. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual’s needs.
_*Our skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, OH is located conveniently by I-77.*_
Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Experience in Net Health documentation platform is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
