We want you to join our team The Radiologic Technologist provides mobile X-Ray (and EKG, where applicable) services to our client base in the *Richmond, VA* area.

*Schedule*:
* Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM or
* Monday through Friday 2:30PM-11:00PM

*Pay*: Starting $32 - $36 Hourly

*Compensation*: $1.50/hour shift differential for eligible hours after 3:00 PM

*Bonus*: $10,000 sign-on bonus

*Your Role:* In this pivotal role, you'll deliver exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As an X-ray Technologist, you'll be fully equipped with all necessary resources, including:
* Company Vehicle & Gas Card
* X-ray Equipment
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Scrubs

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *#1 Priority:* Be an active, engaged member of the team Collaborate with teammates to continually improve processes, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold a culture of compassion, empathy, and accountability.
* *Patient Interaction:* Drive to patient locations within the designated service area, providing professional and compassionate care.
* *Equipment Handling:* Load/unload and transport equipment safely to patient locations. Perform quality X-rays and EKGs for radiologist/cardiologist interpretation.
* *Equipment Maintenance:* Ensure equipment is kept clean and maintained according to scheduled protocols.
* *Teamwork:* Assist in other service areas as needed, submit accurate timesheets, participate in meetings, and help train new team members.

*What We're Looking For:*
* ARRT Certification is *required.*
* Valid driver's license (must be in good standing) *required*.
* An Associate's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
* Must be willing to complete annual TB screenings, physicals, and vaccinations, as *required*.
