The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing and hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Candidates for the RN Assistant Director Step Down with a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience will stand out, and candidates with managerial or administrative experience are highly preferred.
