Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment of top financial advisors, client relationship managers, and other key professionals within the wealth management space. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent in the wealth management industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, interview, and hire wealth management professionals (e.g., financial advisors, relationship managers, portfolio managers)
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and talent acquisition strategies
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of experienced professionals in the financial services industry
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and industry networks
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Assist in negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitive recruitment practices


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting within the wealth management or financial services sectors
  • Strong understanding of the wealth management industry and key roles within it
  • Proven ability to source and attract top-tier talent in a competitive market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in-person at our Midtown Manhattan office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
