Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Data Engineer with strong experience in Java/Scala, Spark, and AWS data pipelines to build and support scalable data-processing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-processing applications using Java/Scala and Spark.
  • Build and maintain AWS pipelines using S3, Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions.
  • Work with EventBridge and event-driven architectures.
  • Manage pipeline scheduling, reruns, backfills, and downstream job synchronization.
  • Implement data validation and quality checks, including handling schema drift.
  • Configure and optimize Glue/Spark jobs for scalability and performance. xhqgsiq
