Overview: -Responsible to oversee various components of the STEMI Program at Mercy Hospital. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and addressing STEMI Core measure performance as well as playing an integral role in acquiring STEMI Center Certification and other quality processes. Develops and maintains a method to identify hospitalized patients with a primary or secondary diagnosis of heart failure and are at high risk for readmission. Positively articulates the vision of the heart failure program to all members of the care team to influence organizational change. -Qualifications:
  • License/Registration: Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri
  • Experience: Five (5) Healthcare/Medical - Cardiac Services
  • Additional Education/Experience Information: BSN required, current RN licensure and 5 years of experience in Cardiology Nursing -We Offer Great Benefits:
