Boston MA United States Immersive Dynamics Inc. Full time

We have an exciting vision for cybersecurity - one that puts people at the center of cyber. Our cyber resilience SaaS platform is an agile, hands-on solution that helps teams continuously assess, build, and prove cyber capabilities through real-life simulations, rather than one-off training sessions.

We help the world’s biggest brands like Citi, Pfizer, Humana, and HSBC protect their revenues and brand reputations.

Founded in 2017 from a cargo container in Bristol, UK, Immersive Labs has progressed to the global stage and has secured over $180 million of funding.

The opportunity

As our US customer base grows, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to support our regional revenue operations here in North America. In this role, you will assist in revenue forecasting, account and territory planning, CRM management, and data hygiene compliance. 2. Collaborate with sales leadership to design, adjust, and maintain regional account and territory planning efforts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Manage and support regional operations within Salesforce (SFDC) and the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system, ensuring smooth quoting processes and system functionality.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve SFDC and CPQ-related issues for the regional team, providing training and support as needed.
  5. Enforce regional data hygiene practices across CRM and other revenue systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data.
  6. Perform regular audits of CRM data, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, duplicates, and incomplete records.
  7. Support ad-hoc reporting requests across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing timely and accurate insights that inform decision-making.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide relevant data insights and reporting for quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and other key meetings.

Qualifications

  1. 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  2. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce required), and familiarity with CPQ systems.
  3. Experience managing data hygiene practices and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
  4. Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and visualization tools, such as Looker.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and produce actionable insights.
  6. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
