Position Overview:
As the Commercial Roofing Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service operations. You will lead a skilled team, manage client relationships, and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Manager:

  • Manage and supervise the service team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations as the Commercial Roofing Service Manager
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded under your leadership as the Service Manager
  • Oversee project management from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to maintain our high standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation in our services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial roofing management 
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, particularly in a service manager capacity.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, Project Management) are a plus.
