Northwell Health and the Division of General Internal Medicine is seeking board eligible/board certified Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team in Nassau County, NY . Our team is composed of a large, dynamic, and diverse group of clinicians, educators, and researchers from multiple professions eager to take on the challenge of patient-centered longitudinal, and comprehensive primary care services. We also offer preventive care with a particular emphasis on managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. The Division is also home to Sections of Obesity Medicine, Women’s Health Primary Care, Addiction Medicine, and a newly added Section of Cancer Survivorship. This practice would have an interdisciplinary team including Psychologist, Social Work, Pharmacist, and Nutritionist.
