Key Responsibilities

• Establish a warm, trusting rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing a range of recognized evaluation tools.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring alignment with best practice guidelines.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and narrative therapy.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists, making referrals when required, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Understanding and effectively engaging with clients from various backgrounds and age groups will be integral to your role. You will leverage culturally competent practices to ensure each client receives personalized care that respects their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• MUST possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with clients in a therapeutic context.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing a case load.
• Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills to balance clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits
