Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Engage in direct therapy sessions both virtually and, when necessary, in community settings, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment strategies and coordinate care, ensuring continuity and effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and support professional development.
• Actively engage clients in their treatment process, focusing on choice, empowerment, and shared decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clients served by Mile High Counseling Center are individuals grappling with severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience

• Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
