Physical Therapist - PT - Acute

Acute Care PTs needed in Grapevine, TX This position pays $46/hr for local candidates, and travel packages are available for those more than 50 miles from the facility. This is a state-of-the-art hospital near the busiest area of Grapevine, and an excellent therapy team is already in place Strong background and experience in acute care is required.

PAY:

$1,840/Weekly Gross
$46/Hourly
40 hours/Week

MORE ABOUT THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST POSITION:

CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by setting new standards for quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for this Physical Therapist opportunity include, but are not limited to:

  1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
  2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
  3. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional mobility
  4. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, goals, and physician recommendations
  5. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
  6. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation interventions to improve patients' physical function
  7. Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST:

  1. Masters of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  2. Successful completion of the National Certification Examination
  3. 1 year of verifiable, supervised acute care experience within the last 3 years
  4. Must be eligible to work in the United States
  5. PT license in Texas
