Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FPA Manager to join our dynamic team at M-Tech Systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis and general business analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The candidate will also work with developing the companys financial processes to improve processes and better leverage our current tools to support a fast-growing digital business.

This person should have a service-minded attitude, demonstrating a passion for enhancing the work of others and simplifying processes for stakeholders.

Essential Functions Responsibilities

Essential responsibilities include and functions of the FPA Manager are:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Responsible for all financial reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights into management for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key financial SaaS and project metrics, identifying trends, and variances.
- Prepare and present financial reports and operational performance updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive the extended use of financial systems and develop processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide finance guidance and training to explain and educate non-financial employees (e.g. key performance indicators and financial objectives)
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
- Proven experience as an FPA Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes; prior experience as a CA
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP systems and financial software, including group consolidation systems
- Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel
- Experience in a SaaS company and/or software project implementation environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
