Overview

Intelligent Shift is seeking Case Management Officers to support our Client’s challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

Intelligent Shift is seeking experienced Case Management Officers to join our growing company as part of a large, customer-run program in a specialized mission-focused office. The Case Management Officer will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to the process that shapes government policy and operations.

Intelligent Shift's Case Management Officers drive mission focus by managing multiple cases, overseeing all communications related to those cases, conducting in-depth research, performing rigorous time-sensitive analysis, and distilling this analysis into actionable insights. The Officer will collaborate with peers and partners worldwide in support of operational activity related to your caseload. Successful Case Management Officers manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide on-demand briefings and reports to the key decision-makers.

  1. Conduct all-Source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, and report editing.
  2. Manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Manage all communications related to your cases and projects and respond to on-demand requests.
  4. Project planning to include: operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of the operation.
  5. Preparation and presentation of written and oral to all levels of customer management.
  6. Potential for TDY travel.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  1. Requires an active TS/SCI w/ Poly.
  2. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-20 years relevant operational experience within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community.
  3. High degree of personal integrity.
  4. Ability to simultaneously manipulate multiple sets of data to derive inputs for intelligence packages.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling.
  7. Familiarity with the customer’s report writing standards.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Relevant customer certifications.
  2. Basic familiarity with both tactical and strategic military operations.
  3. Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations.
  4. Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government.
