Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of Social Work experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Monday - Friday.

No weekends or holidays.

This is a pilot role with the psychiatric consult team seeing patients who are under Section 12. It’s doing re-evaluations and potential placement from the medical units. Will need to have someone with strong mental health experience.

40 Hours per week.
