Job Duties:

The IAM Support Engineer plays an essential role in Enterprise Systems and Services. The IAM Support Engineer’s responsibility is to ensure people have the right access to the right digital resources at the right time. As an IAM support engineer you will provide SailPoint IdentityNow support by interfacing with key technical teams across the enterprise to understand the technology requests and the business complexities as they relate to IT requirements.


  • IAM Policy and Governance: Participate in regular reviews of IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with established governance controls.
  • Contribute to raising the maturity of the IAM program.
  • Technical Support and Maintenance:
  • Respond to break/fix requests and monitor the IAM environment.
  • Support change management processes across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate engineering tasks, reducing manual efforts and enhancing quality and consistency.
  • Integration and Development: Provide SailPoint IdentityNow support and integrate with key technical teams across the enterprise.
  • Leverage expertise in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions.
  • Additional expertise in SailPoint, Azure, and Duo products is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate development proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Java, REST, and JSON.
  • Skills and Knowledge: ITIL Knowledge: Working knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
  • Documentation: Ability to produce high-quality process documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Automation: Strong adoption of automation philosophies to streamline tasks.
  • Delivery Focus: Ability to drive tasks forward and meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong investigation and diagnosis skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.


  • Other Information: Office Schedule: We are in the office three days a week - Monday through Wednesday. However, we offer flexibility in case you have something going on.
