Southwest Eye Consultants seeks a fellowship-trained retinal surgeon to accommodate growth and expand regionally. Our practice is the area's largest multispecialty, multi-location ophthalmology practice with an expanding regional presence. Enjoy a strong regional referral base, new medical office space, and state of the art diagnostic equipment.

Position Highlights:
  • Junior partners can expect to start at a busy pace with high-volume clinic and surgical experience in the first six months.
  • Ownership track buy-in occurs after two years of employment.
  • There is an additional opportunity in the practice's medical real estate, Colorado's #1-rated Animas Surgical Hospital and/or Four Corners Ambulatory Surgery Center in Farmington, New Mexico.

Southwest Eye Consultants is also home to the Southwest Retina Research Center, a vibrant and busy site for clinical trial participation. Currently managing over a dozen clinical trials, Southwest Retina Research Center has 8 full-time employees and is one of the highest enrolling sites in many of our trials.

Clinical Trial Opportunities:
  • Junior partners have the opportunity to participate in clinical trials and have ownership in the Research Center.
