\nRole Description The Landscape Crew Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Doylestown, PA. This position is responsible for daily outdoor work, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance. Crew members will load and unload equipment, operate hand tools and powered lawn equipment, and assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow support (if applicable), and cleanup projects. The role includes maintaining a clean and safe work area, following company safety procedures, and respectfully interacting with clients and team members. Landscape Crew Members collaborate closely with supervisors and coworkers to complete assigned routes on time and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.\n
- Basic experience or comfort with lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and planting (training may be provided).\n
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn safe operation of lawn and landscape equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools).\n
- Reliable transportation to the work site in Philadelphia, PA and consistent punctuality.\n
- Strong attention to safety, including following instructions, using protective equipment, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.\n
- Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to client and supervisor direction.\n
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and adjust to changing priorities or schedules.\n
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience is helpful but not required.\n
