  1. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational goals in the manufacturing sector.
  2. Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  3. Monitor and evaluate cost structures, including production costs, materials, labor, and overhead.
  4. Partner with operations and supply chain teams to identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
  5. Provide variance analysis between actual and forecasted results, highlighting trends and issues.
  6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  7. Assist in the development of pricing models and cost optimization strategies.
  8. Analyze capital investment proposals and support ROI assessments for manufacturing projects.

  10. Leverage financial systems to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  2. 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
  3. Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial planning, and operational analysis.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling.
  5. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and business intelligence tools.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  7. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
  8. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
  2. Experience with manufacturing-specific metrics (e.g., cycle times, scrap rates, inventory turnover).
