Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 36 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 90 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Maine Medical Center requires all candidates to have at least 1 year of Facility Trauma Level 1 experience to be considered.

With minimum 3 years’ experience.

Proficient in collodion method.

Must be comfortable with all ages including neonatal and pediatric.

Must be comfortable in intensive care settings.

On-call rotation required.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40

Patient Ratios: Must be comfortable with 4+ patients/day

Must Have Skills/Experience: Advanced pediatric experience, ambulatory EEG experience with paste, tape, wrap method

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Used to fast pace, ability to independently troubleshoot equipment issues with IT and vendor

Type of Patients on Unit: All ages

Scrub Color: Any color or pattern - Any scrub color.

Monday - Friday position with call rotation of 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month.
