Job Summary:

Seeking a PCB Electronics In-Circuit Test Engineer skilled in SMT, DFMA, and ISO 9001 standards. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining in-circuit test strategies to ensure high-quality and reliable electronic products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Circuit Testing: Design test strategies/fixtures, create test plans, collaborate with design engineers for optimal testability.
  • SMT & DFMA: Enhance test coverage through SMT processes and implement DFMA to improve manufacturability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure ISO 9001 compliance, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain test records.
  • Troubleshooting: Debug PCB assemblies and support production teams with technical issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for testing efficiency, stay updated on industry trends.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in in-circuit testing, PCB assemblies, SMT, DFMA, and ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
