This is a per diem Dialysis position at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center.
As a Registered Nurse, job duties range from but are not limited too:

* Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
* Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
* Uses independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources.
* Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
* Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Ensures that Western Arizona Regional Medical Center's values are reflected in all aspects of the department's operation. Participation in a rotating call schedule is required.
* Participation in a rotating call schedule is required.
* May be cross trained and floated to ICU as needed.
* Performs a variety of tasks.

Requirements:

* License: Active Valid RN License
* Schedule: Flexibility to cover shifts

Preferences:

* Experience: 1 year as RN in dialysis
* Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
