As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven Director of Finance who is deadline oriented and has attention to detail to join our Finance Department . We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Shift:
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week - Exempt (Salary)
  • 8:00am - 4:30pm - Monday through Friday
Principle Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job:
  • Develop and manage budgets for the organization
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management
  • Oversee financial planning and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
  • Manage financial staff and provide leadership and guidance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, healthcare finance experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
