Family Practice/Urgent Care APP Opening in Goldendale, WALocated 70 miles from Yakima and 2 hours from Portland, ORSalary Range: $125,000-$135,000Details:

Full-time, permanent position
Seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our collaborative and dynamic care team. This full-time position offers a unique blend of primary care and same-day Express Care services, working four days per week (Wednesday through Saturday).
The schedule includes: Two days per week providing comprehensive primary care services. Two days per week covering our same-day Express Care clinic.
The Family Medicine team includes 5 physicians, 5 advanced practice providers, a Medical Director, a Clinical Manager, and an Office Support Manager.
Patient volumes average 16-17 per day, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and continuity of care.Clinic services include:
Family Medicine
Express Care
Pain Management
Behavioral Health
Dental
Optometry
Diabetes EducationEducation/Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited school with an active/current license to practice medicine in Washington State required.
Board Certification
Federal/state DEA registration required.
Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications required.
Current medical staff affiliation/credentialing status required.
Basic computer knowledge required.

Hospital Details:Rural, critical-access hospital located in scenic Goldendale, Washington only two hours from Portland along the breathtaking Columbia River Gorge. Hospital offers emergency and acute inpatient care and a full scope of ancillary services including Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, PT / OT, Pain Management and Hospice. Hospital employs nearly 300 staff.Location Details: Goldendale, population 3,500, is nestled among the rolling Simcoe Hills with gorgeous views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams.
