Home Health RN Administrator
The Home Health RN Administrator plays a vital role in leading and managing the certified home health agency, ensuring all operations align with state and federal guidelines. This position demands an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse who boasts a track record of leadership in home health care settings. By directing various aspects of agency function, including clinical, operational, and compliance oversight, this role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate, and oversee all clinical, operational, and sales departments within the facility.
- Supervise and provide continuous education and support to clinical staff, enhancing overall staff competence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations governing home health care services.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve service delivery and patient care.
- Maintain open lines of communication with company executive leadership, reporting on agency metrics and progress.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by developing strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- NYS Licensed Registered Nurse required.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Certified Home Health Agency setting.
- At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or administrative position in home care.
- Solid knowledge of NY state regulations specific to certified home health agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
