Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: New Port Richey, Florida
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: Monday - Friday, ( 8 AM - 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities
  • Data entry using a data entry device
  • Maintaining lists, records, and other data points in electronic format
  • Monitoring email boxes and creating/updating spreadsheets
  • Creating headers for new orders
  • Maintaining quotations and contracts
  • Moving open line items from existing orders to new orders
  • Notifying Planning of changes
  • Project tracking skills
The successful candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Up to three years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Professional presence
  • High level of ethics and a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Commitment to follow-up and delivering quality results
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP (strongly preferred)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
