Practice Setting:

* Facility Type : Acute care community hospital (ED and inpatient consults)
* Call Ratio : All calls (24-hour coverage required)
* Clinical Areas : Adult patients, Hospital-based Gastroenterology
* Patient Demographics : Adult
* EMR : EPIC
* Trauma Level/Designation : Non-trauma

Patient Volume:

* Hospital-Based Patients : 5-10 patients per day (average)

Required Procedures:

* Lower GI Endoscopy (Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound)
* Upper GI Endoscopy (with procedures such as Fulguration of Bleeder, Biopsy, Therapeutic/Diagnostic, with PEG insertion)

Credentialing and Submission Requirements:

* Board Certified in Gastroenterology (Required)
* Active Virginia License (Required)
* BLS & ACLS Certification (Required)
