Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Assisted Living
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Full-time, evening shift 3pm – 11pm with rotating weekends
Pay: $22 - $26/hr based on experience

This Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN will be responsible for the following duties:
- Supervises Med Techs and Resident Assistants
- Provides direct nursing care to residents based on their individual needs
- Provides care prescribed by the resident’s primary physician and consulting physician as indicated
- Maintains nutritional needs of the resident through assistance and supervision
- Implements the resident’s care plan in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team
- Documents resident’s care according to policy & maintains accurate and accessible records and reports

REQUIREMENTS:
- State licensure as an LPN or RN
- Covid vaccination required
- New grads are welcome to apply – must be licensed
