Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Urologist. ARMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.

Job Description

* Full-time negotiable schedule
* Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
* On call 10 days per month
* 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
* 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
* 17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
* 2 Current Urologists in the Group
* Lab onsite
* X-Ray onsite
* Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
* Equipment: PVR Scanner
* EMR - EPIC
* Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
* Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
* Not accepting Locums submissions
* Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

Compensation and Benefits:

* Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
* Sign on bonus (negotiable)
* Relocation allowance if applicable
* 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
* $5000 CME credit

Submission Requirements

* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
* OH license (or willing to obtain)
* BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
* State experience with procedures: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy
* Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
