Reporting to the Cardiovascular and Cardiopulmonary Director, the Cath Lab Nurse Manager will supervise the provision of diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures. The RN Manager will have a team of Cath Lab nurse and tech support staff working under them to ensure the department is operating at the highest level and meeting all goals of the department. 

The Nurse Manager Cath Lab will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the clinical practice activities for the Cath Lab. The RN Manager will set and maintain measurable goals and objectives to ensure excellent patient care is delivered. Responsibilities also include continued staff development, assisting the Director of Cardiovascular Services with routine operational issues, actively participating in outstanding customer service, and maintaining professional and respectful relationships with staff. The Nurse Manager Cath Lab will also have the opportunity to participate in the hiring process for the Cath Lab, as well as completing evaluations, counseling, and coaching of staff.
