This position is for an Account Director within the company. We are looking for experienced business development professionals with solid negotiation skills, excellent customer management skills, and the ability to develop and manage high-level relationships.

The Role (daily responsibilities):

  1. Achieve annual sales target.
  2. Prepare weekly reports detailing meetings held and phone calls made.
  3. Prepare monthly reports detailing activity with current and prospective customers.
  4. Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  5. Prepare annual sales plan.
  6. Participate in tradeshows, exhibits, and professional organizations.
  7. Organize and participate in customer and potential customer visits.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

The Candidate (requirements):

BS/BA in Business or Life Sciences preferred, but not required.

3 – 5 years of experience in contract pharmaceutical business with emphasis on clinical services. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiating skills are a must. Must demonstrate proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
