Atlanta GA United States Copper Sky Design + Remodel Full time

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are an Atlanta design-build firm that is expanding. We like to say, “we do cool projects for cool people”. Our projects are larger in scale and typically take months to a year to produce. We have a tight-knit team that enjoys working together. We value work-life balance as a motivator for doing what we do. We pride ourselves on being the top in-town remodeler and believe in compensating our team well for embracing that title. So, we really need to find the right fit.

The Project Manager (PM) should be a self-starter with the drive to spearhead a construction project from contract signing through project completion. The PM should also be someone who desires to be responsible for the ultimate success of a project and maintain a constant “figure it out and make it happen” attitude.

The Project Manager is a construction management role that serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners and de facto owner and driver of the construction project from start to finish. The PM must be an expert problem solver, scheduler, and emotionally intelligent communicator. They ensure that a project is built to the highest standards of quality and code, adheres to the contract budget, is completed on time, is implemented according to the design intent, and that the homeowner is absolutely thrilled to see their end result.
