About the position. The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting field personnel, the Director of Operations, and senior management by managing various development-related tasks. Primary responsibilities will include maintaining detailed project files, organizing RFPs, processing regulatory permits, and coordinating development activities. Additionally, the PM will assist with monitoring governmental regulation compliance, managing internal policy manuals, and distributing construction plans to relevant parties. The PM will also be involved in land development, due diligence and transaction activities, while performing general administrative duties as directed by senior management.

What you need. To effectively thrive in this organization, the Project manager will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in land development or construction; education or internships may substitute
  • Detail-oriented, committed to safety, regulation compliance, and operational excellence
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong work ethic; can work independently
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Project)
  • Understanding of horizontal land development processes and basic accounting principles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
