Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license prior to placement start.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required to apply. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Assignment for 26-32 weeks

M/S Tele RN; float to M/S Tele & MS units as needed

Orthopedic certs preferred

EPIC experience from within the past 12 months is required and non-negotiable.

Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to Offer.

This facility requires all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained.

No block schedules for any reason.

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
