Precious Health Valley Mental Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time, remote position. Key ResponsibilitiesIn your capacity as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:
- Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples and individuals, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Assess and diagnose mental health disorders while developing comprehensive treatment plans that include objectives and interventions.
- Facilitate family therapy sessions addressing diverse issues such as communication difficulties, conflict resolution among family members, and grief and loss.
- Provide therapy in areas such as job stress, adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended families.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize our advanced digital tools and platforms for teletherapy and practice management to support your clinical work effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and foster collaborative relationships with colleagues.
Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will work directly with adults, children, and adolescents experiencing issues like alcohol abuse, trauma from physical or psychological abuse, grief, and family conflicts. Your expertise will help guide these clients toward healing and improved relationships.
QualificationsThe following qualifications are required for candidates applying for this role:
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
