Overview
Starfish Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing team in Burlingame, CA. This is an Outpatient Pediatrics position focused on delivering exceptional care to children aged 0-22. Full-time (40 hours/week) is preferred, but part-time candidates with at least 9 hours of afternoon availability will also be considered.
New graduates are welcome and will be provided with mentorship and support to succeed in their roles.
Caseload / Patient Population
The Physical Therapist hired will work exclusively with a 100% pediatric caseload, addressing:
- Gross motor and fine motor skills
- Orthopedic and neurologic development
- Coordination, strength, and balance
- Sensory integration and play skills
Full-time PTs are expected to deliver 28-32 billable hours of direct patient care per week.
Starfish Therapies encourages therapists to develop specialties or pursue certifications, providing resources and support for professional growth.
Work Schedule
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am 6:30 pm.
- Typical work schedule: 9 am 5:30 pm (flexible based on your preferences).
- No weekends or major holidays.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary: $90,480 annually for new graduates (higher based on experience).

Job Requirements
- Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Prior pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Open to new graduates who will receive mentorship.
- Both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (minimum 9 hours/week) candidates are encouraged to apply.
