Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Maintenance:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.

Expense and Budget Management:
- Assist in monitoring expenses and budget variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Compliance and Audits:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Inventory and Cost Accounting:
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to track product costs.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry or a similar fast-moving industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
