Responsibilities of Role:

  • Support projects through all phases of design/construction
  • Work with project team and build/maintain relationships
  • Participate in design process, including due diligence, feasibility studies, and schematic design
  • Balance design intent with necessary code, programmatic, and budget needs as directed
  • Resolve technical and design issues with the team
  • Prepare accurate and high quality project delivery documents


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
  • Working toward Licensure preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Effective and flexible written, graphic, and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and adapt
  • Able to work effectively with a variety of team compositions
  • Effective at creative problem solving
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
  • Revit experience preferred
  • Growing knowledge of building codes, and local permitting
