As a remote outpatient counseling service, we recognize the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Our counselors work primarily with clients through virtual appointments, but also have the option to engage with some in-office sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and detailed evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of clients.\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic intervention services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.\n
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive care approach that supports client recovery and well-being.\n
• Document all counseling sessions and treatment progress meticulously in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.\n
• Stay current with mental health research and best practices by participating in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.\n
• Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and share insights with colleagues.\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Consultants are expected to exhibit cultural competence and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by different communities, facilitating an inclusive therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.\n
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.\n
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.\n
• Strong ethical foundation and comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practices.\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster supportive relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
