Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to establish a foundation for effective treatment plans.\n
- Utilize varied therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.\n
- Create and review therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring they are actively involved in their treatment process and progress is regularly monitored and adjusted as necessary.\n
- Provide teletherapy sessions using secure and user-friendly technology, catering to clients who prefer remote access due to personal convenience or mobility challenges.\n
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards, reflecting your dedication to professionalism and accountability.\n
- Engage regularly in professional development to enhance your clinical acumen and stay updated on emerging therapies and practices.\n
Your focus will be on a diverse array of clients, including those coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n- \n
- Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).\n
- A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.\n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to create safe environments for clients to express their concerns and feelings.\n
- A demonstrated ability to express empathy and compassion, fostering non-judgmental therapeutic relationships with diverse clients.\n
- Strong organizational skills must be exhibited to manage caseload effectively while ensuring timely administrative responsibilities.\n

- Experience working with a wide range of clinical issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and interpersonal challenges.\n
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools is preferred, ensuring seamless service delivery in a remote setting.\n
- Previous experience in private practice or a similar setting is a plus, enabling you to navigate the unique dynamics of teletherapy.\n
