5k sign-on. A Full Time Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Charlton, MA. $5000. sign-on FREE MEAL/LUNCH daily Also $10 monthly membership fee for fitness center, salt water pool & hot tub.

Beautiful building with excellend rehab team. Campus is situated on 450 country acres and beautifully maintained inside and out. The buildings are modern, clean and kept up to date. Modalities offered include: e-stim, ultrasound and diathermy. 2 rehab gyms with NuStep, practice stairs, fully operations kitchen, bathroom with full sized tub, parallel bars. Great rehab team Also voted Best Senior Living Community for 6th year in a row.

. Short Term Rehab (27 private rooms with private bathrooms) - all rooms stocked with rolling walker, standard wheelchair with leg rests and cushions
. Long Term Skilled Nursing (112 LTC private rooms with private bathrooms) with country kitchen dining
. Independent Living (207 apartments and 14 cottages)
. Stonebrook Enhanced Living (28 private rooms/rest home)
. Fieldstone Memory Care Assisted Living (14 private rooms)

Requirements:
Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Work well with others in a team setting.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00
