Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.\n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, adapting therapeutic interventions based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.\n
- Utilize solution-focused techniques and evidence-based practices to foster healing and recovery for clients.\n
- Maintain precise and confidential client records compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation accurately reflects treatment progress and interventions.\n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.\n
- Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.\n
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client cases, share best practices, and seek support from colleagues.\n
You will be working primarily with individuals facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Our clients range from diverse backgrounds and circumstances, including those from marginalized communities. This diverse client base enriches your experience and underscores the importance of cultural competence in providing effective care.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.\n
- Active LCSW license in the state of California.\n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful interactions with clients.\n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual caseloads autonomously.\n

- Experience in a clinical setting, especially within community health or rehabilitation centers.\n
